Spa packages are designed for a single guest with same day services.  An advanced credit card reservation is required to secure designated allotted time by salon/spa professional for spa package services.  Since time is a valuable resource for all of us, we understand that there may be times when scheduling conflicts arise.  Therefore, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice of a cancellation.  Failure to do so will result in a 50%-100% credit card charge.
