Our Policies
Children's Policy
We truly understand how challenging it is to find time to spend on yourself. However, we do enforce guidelines regarding children in our salon/spa. Children under 10 years old are welcome by appointment only. While this policy helps keep a relaxing experience for all guests, it was created to ensure your child’s safety at all times. Sharp implements and hot styling tools make for a potentially dangerous environment for unaccompanied children. Please make all necessary child care arrangements prior to your visit.
Cancellation Policy
A deposit is required to secure designated allotted time by salon/spa professionals for spa packages and specialty services. Since time is a valuable resource for all of us, we understand that there may be times when scheduling conflicts arise. Therefore, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice of cancellation or change of scheduled service. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your deposit.
If you have 2 or more no-shows, short notice cancellations or short notice change of your scheduled appointment within 12 months, you will be required to put down a 50% deposit and will be limited to pre-booking 1 appointment.
